Representation for a member at the FWC or in another tribunal such as the AHRI or NCAT with a view to holding a conciliation or mediation prior to a formal hearing and the preparation of affidavits or statements. May include preparation of response.

Representation in an arbitration or formal hearing in a federal court involving preparation of statements and affidavits and briefing a solicitor or counsel to appear.
